Bosch Saturn acquires Rodi plant

Bosch Saturn Tiernahrung in Nettetal, Germany, recently acquired Rodi Petfood, also in Nettetal. Bosch will take on 56 of the 67 Rodi employees. The deal is still pending approval of anti-monopoly legislation.

Frank Hermanns, former managing director of Rodi, will continue as plant manager.
