Biomill goes to Fenaco Group

The Swiss group Minoteries SA has sold its subsidiary Biomill SA, which manufactures and sells dry dog
and cat food and is likewise based in Granges-près-Marnand, to the Fenaco cooperative in Berne. The
sale is effective from 1 January 2011 and the parties have agreed not to disclose details of the value of
the deal. Minoteries stated that it intends to concentrate more closely on its core business, soft wheat
milling, in the future. This business accounts for 90 per cent of its sales. Jost Krüttli will continue to manage
the operations of Biomill SA in the future also.
