Vitakraft establishes a joint venture in Singapore

As part of its strategic expansion policy in the Asian pet supplies markets, the Vitakraft Group is now striking out in a new direction with the establishment of a joint venture company in Singapore. Vitakraft has been active in the Asian market since 1998 with its company Vitakraft Asia Pacific Ltd, based in Singapore. The newly formed company VitaLink Singapore Pte Ltd is a further Vitakraft marketing company that will take account of the special needs of the Asian market. The minority shareholder in this new company is the firm Link2Link Pte Ltd, which has been established in the Asian market for many years. Its managing directors Patrick and Hoo Tai Chua will take over the operational management of the new firm along with the managing director of Vitakraft Asia Pacific Ltd, Mr Soon Peng Chia.
As well as marketing the Vitakraft product range, the new VitaLink distribution company will also be involved in the manufacture and marketing of pet products developed in house throughout the east and south-east Asian-Pacific economic region.
