Central Garden & Pet Company today announced record results for its fiscal third quarter ended June 25, 2005.Net sales for the fiscal third quarter were $413.2 million, an increase of 10.4% from $374.4 million in the third quarter of fiscal 2004. Net income was $22.2 million for the quarter, an increase of 23.6% compared to $17.9 million in the third quarter of fiscal 2004.
