Ferplast against Asian copies

    The company FERPLAST S.p.A. has become aware of the presence in the European market of pet products, mainly imported from Asian countries, which are slavish imitations of FERPLAST products protected by intellectual property rights. Herewith FERPLAST informs consumers, professional operators and competitors that the intellectual property rights relative to Ferplast products and/or technologies will be enforced against possible infringers by means of any judicial and administrative procedures provided by the laws in force in the different European countries.
