Aquatic answers Hall and All-Natural area make Backer Christmas show debut

More than 9,000 pet store owners and managers, distributors, boarding kennel operators, grooming professionals, mail order catalog and specialty gift stores buyers are expected to attend the 42nd Annual Pet Industry Christmas Trade Show and Educational Conference, October 3-5, at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont (Chicago), Ill. This year's show is expected to draw close to 1,000 pet supply manufacturers and distributors, occupying more than 1,500 booths.

Because of the previous success of Backer's aquatics pavilion, this year's show will feature a new Aquatic Answers hall, which will be located near the show entrance. It will feature aquatic exhibitors, freshwater and saltwater tank displays and a large lounge area to facilitate "Ask the Expert" sessions between well respected aquatic professionals and store management/employees.

An exciting new addition to the Christmas show is the All-Natural area, featuring companies with natural or "green" products representing nearly every segment of the pet industry.
