Laroy Duvo and Deckx join forces

The companies Laroy Duvo NV and Deckx NV (Belgium) are merging to become one strong, international pet shop supplier. The main reason for this merger is the realisation of economies of scale, which will in future yield appealing purchasing conditions for their customers. The merger combines the individual strengths of both organisations. For their customers this integrated approach will generate increased efficiency in the ordering and delivery process.

For the time being this cooperation will not have any impact on their customers with regard to the day-to-day interaction and communication with the representatives of both companies.
