Fish4Dogs announces takeover

The pet food company Fish4Dogs has announced its takeover of the logistics provider Marinpet UK. Previously all logistics and operating functions for both the UK and the export business had been outsourced to independently owned Marinpet UK. On January 2011, the Fish4Dogs board announced the purchase of 100 percent of Marinpet for an undisclosed sum. The company also announced that it was expanding its warehousing and logistics centres in Worcestershire.
